15- Minute Consultation - Free
Woven Path Integrative Therapy offers a free 15-minute consultation to unconver what brings you to therapy, what you may want to get out of therapy, and to help alleviate any concerns or questions you may have before agreeing to treatment.
30- Minute Individual/Family Therapy
Your first session will be an hour long to gather information that will help aid us in determining your goals for therapy and creating a treatment plan. This will be billed at $120 per hour and after that, $55 per 30-minutes.
60-Minute Individual/Family Therapy
Your first session will be to gather information that will help aid us in determining your goals for therapy and creating a treatment plan. This will be billed at $120 per hour and after that, $110 per 60-minutes.
Accepted Insurance and Self-Pay
If you are going through insurance, insurance will be billed directly; you will be responsible for paying any co-pays or out-of-pocket expenses separaretly. Accepted insurances are: Vermont Medicaid, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, MVP, and Cigna.
If you do not wish to go through insurance, you can pay out-of-pocket with cash, debit, or credit card.
